OUR STORY
Since Flow Plumbing was launched in 2018, Jono has been committed to building a dedicated and highly skilled team.
A Certifying Plumber, Gasfitter and Drainlayer, Jono has many years of experience in the industry – Second Generation! After moving home to Whakatane in 2015, he was hungry to establish a business that provided quality workmanship at a fair price with a team that was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with.
Today, with the support of Scott, he leads a crew of registered plumbers, gasfitters, drain layers, and enthusiastic apprentices.
His team is agile and capable of tackling larger projects without needing to outsource to third-party subcontractors. This autonomy allows Flow Plumbing to complete jobs to the high standard customers have come to expect.
Not content with sitting still, we are always striving to improve the way we do things – investing in the latest tools and equipment and making use of innovative new concepts.
Our full-time Office Manager and Operations Foreman work tirelessly to ensure our operations and processes are as efficient as possible. This ultimately results in saving time and labour costs for our customers. This on-site and office-based support means there is always someone available to take calls and oversee those larger projects, while our tradespeople can get on with the job at hand.
